A copy of the certificate may be requested for an additional fee.

We are not affiliated with, nor do we claim any endorsement from, the brands or designers of the products we resell.  All items listed on our platform are independently sourced to ensure their quality and authenticity. While we take great care in offering luxury and designer goods, we operate solely as a third-party reseller and have no direct connection to the manufacturers or official retailers of these products.  Any reference to brand names is purely for identification purposes and does not imply any partnership or sponsorship. 

Delivery

We offer a convenient flat rate delivery fee of $25 for shipping within the 48 contiguous US. This flat rate ensures that no matter the size or weight of your order, you'll enjoy consistent and reliable shipping costs, without any unexpected fees.  All packages are shipped using trusted carriers, providing tracking for your peace of mind. Insurance available upon request for an additional fee.

Returns & refunds

Our policy strictly adheres to a no return or exchange rule on all purchases due to authenticity concerns.  This also protects the integrity of the reselling market by preventing the possibility of item switching or tampering.  As a result, once a purchase is finalized, it is considered a firm commitment.  We encourage buyers to carefully review product details and ask any necessary questions before making a purchase to avoid any confusion or dissatisfaction.
